You are likely to be right about that. A rollupable device is likely to be more of a demo device to show the flexibility of the screen. But, it could be something that was easily applied to a curved surface. Or maybe put on a surface that flexed a little bit. Or a roll might be useful in a manufacturing process. Roll the screen over/under something, do some work, roll it up and take that something away.

Of course, someone might just be planning to sell a product to us nerds who remember shows like "Earth: Final Conflict".
