i think the people who might at first glance have thought you were "stirring up trouble" are realising there is more to the story than they might have thought, and understand that there's no "ill will" behind the h's. on the contrary, i see them as a remarkably healthy and good-humoured way of defusing the tension that had built up around this issue and i'm thrilled to see everybody taking it in stride and getting on with their lives.
