He was saying that since Ed Gorman republished his old work without the pen name, Amazon doesn't link them. So if you look up Nightmare Child by Daniel Ransom, there is no indication that the book is available as the e-book Nightmare Child by Ed Gorman.

Edit: Having said that, it may be the author's fault. Stephen R George published a couple of books as Jack Ellis. Searching for Nightlife by Jack Ellis does also show it is available as a Kindle edition.
