I almost paid £20 for the heavy and bulky Sony eReader charger, since I had tried to charge my eReader using an iPod wall charger and the supplied cable without success. However since I was fed up with having to carry yet another charging device on holiday, I did a search on here and realised that I only neeeded a USB to PSP 2 in 1 Retraction Data Charge Link Cable.
EBay supplied one for £3.99 plus postage. It works beautifully with the USB port in the iPod charger to charge my Sony 505. It is also tiny and weighs practically nothing. Very pleased!
