Ah, I see what happened. Lucky No 13; I accidentally uploaded the files without having completed the links from contents to stories.
The numbering of the stories contained an error, too: there was no story 15, so I have now renumbered the stories from 15 on.
Previous version had 86 azw3 and 90 mobi downloads.
