I used to read plenty of books on my phone but that's AMOLED... I've tried 'reading' PDFs on my computer screens and it's always a hassle, I can't do it as unlimited as I could with Kindle or phone. Printed out versions are best for me, but if I had no other choice, I would do it on the PC... but with breaks.
