I would imagine the P78 has the ability to launch a web search from the text? At the very least some Android apps do like the Kindle app if the stock reader doesn't. I'm guessing you probably disqualified the Boox Nova series due to price and features you don't want like note taking but it's stock reader can launch internet searches. It can also fast search in a book but I imagine the P78 can too.
