i agree that sony is pretty short-sighted not to support macs. however, the good news is that you can use calibre for library management and file conversion on a mac (or a pc or a linux box... ) so that's not a problem. and it's free !

i forgot to mention that while i don't have many (...any ?) pdfs, i did try out the pdf support just to see how it worked and it's very good, including the reflow when you enlarge the text size. however, it's not nearly as good as epub if you have that option, so i continue to prefer that format.
