I've also taken my Poke3 all apart so I've seen that the markings on the processor say "SDM636".
Aha, because 0x and hexadecimal code for 3 chars is not SDM636. I did not known about code to chip model translating table?

Niiice. As I set before, processor is fast enough, but somewhere else is bottleneck.
