If your device was rooted you could go into /data/system/users/0/settings_secure.xml and set lockscreen.disabled to 1.
Or you could "adb reboot recovery" and wipe your device.
(You'd lose everything though.)
Or under Android stock settings > System > Advanced > Reset Options > Erase all data

To get to Android stock settings: "adb shell am start -n com.android.settings/.Settings"
