No, I scolded you for pouring shit on a device that you have no experience with. And honestly, no one has any real experience with.

And my opinion on Kobo: I have a lot of devices from different brands - 3 of them are defective; only Kobos, 3 out of 5.
And I have eight Kobo devices. The oldest has a battery that does not hold charge. Not surprising as it is over nine years old. One has dead LED after well over two years of usage. The others all work fine.

I also bought five or six for other relatives. One had a broken screen because something was dropped on it. One other has a dead battery after lots of years of use.

I don't know what you are doing to break them, but, my experience is different to yours.

I also have a lot of covers: all 3 of Kobo's horrific coatings are peeling off.
And based on the various covers I have used, the non-Kobo are just as bad as the Kobo. None survive two years of being shoved in my backpack going to and from work. But, none of the Kobo ones have stopped closing and triggering sleep.

Tolin was excellent while Deutsche Telekom was in charge - once Kobo took over, the problems started; first with the changeover to Android 4.4.2, where Kobo was not able to carry out a correct update and was not able to take over the screen refresh in the operating system.
So, being bought out by Kobo made the same developers dumb.

Are you surprised by my view of this brand?
Personally, I hardly know anything worse.
Honestly, if you don't think a product is good, then you should say so. But, you are not just saying you do not like Kobo, you are insulting people because they have a different opinion. And you are judging a product

But, how about you actually answer the questions I asked. You picked just one bit and didn't attempt to answer the technical part. Can't you defend your claims?
