update 5.21 64 bit installs, and then immediately sends notification that new upgrade is available and it takes me back to the same link. Lower left corner says it's 5.21.

This is a new install on a new build. I have been using Calibre for years on a Win 7 x64 based system that failed, and this one is definitely different.
