Any ideas on how I can do this? I wouldn't mind if there was a number value for size, but it doesn't seem like there is (e.g. just remember I always read English at 5 and Japanese at 10)

The other thing I can think of is, to install a secondary reader platform and then read Japanese exclusively on that, so that I don't have to mess the settings up. Keep the vanilla reader with my fav English settings, keep the alternate reader with Japanese.

If I do this, do you have a recommended reader I can install for that purpose?

Thanks in advance
I would install another reader for English and keep the vanilla reader for Japanese. Japanese support is poor in the others like KOreader as they can't handle vertical text.
