Or you could go into FFF config on the personal.ini tab and click the button that says 'View Defaults (plugin-defaults.ini)'. See attached image.
You can't edit plugin-defaults.ini from here, but you can search it. It should
never be necessary to edit plugin-defaults.ini.

That's
[defaults] section. It has to be lowercase, not uppercase.
