I had two Windows tablets. Yes, same browser as any on Win10, but otherwise junk devices as they used Atoms without enough RAM. Flash also too small. It would lose the 256 G SD card after a Windows update. Terrible GUI.
The Surface Pro is really a Windows laptop with an optional keyboard and at least it's not slug slow like the tablets I gave away. I kept the SD card which is in my €120 10" Lenovo tablet. Though Android is still a mess at Version 8.x.
