Are you running a VM?
I suggest you uninstall calibre - if you have both 32bit and 64bit installed, uninstall both. You won't lose settings or libraries providing you avoid third party uninstallers. If your system can support 64bit programs install the 64bit version in
Program Files, otherwise install the 32bit version in
Program Files (x86).
