That depends. I can't comment on Android tablets, as I've never used them, but my Surface Pro runs full Windows 10. So the browsers are exactly the same as the laptop/desktop ones.
I have no complaints about the Opera browser I use on my Android phone either, but then I don't do any serious work on my phone.
