The cover image automatically resizes depending on the viewport size used. Is there some way to make all the interior images also resize to match the viewport size?

I would like to create comic books in epub format, and mobi and azw3 if possible, where the image will fill the viewport of the device used to read the comic books.

Any help on this would be deeply appreciated.
