What aspect ratio is that though? For PDFs a 4:3 aspect ratio like an iPad is considerably better than 16:9 or 16:10 as it better matches an A4 or US letter sized piece of paper in aspect ratio and fills most of the screen. 10" 16:9 is closer to 8" 4:3 when looking at a single page.

In my area at least none of the current Lenovo tablets under $300 are 4:3, they are all 16:10, none seem to have spectacular specs for the money. Amazon has better deals, at least in my area but you do have to sideload on the Google Play store to get the most out of it.
