Hi folks

Been lurking here for years and decided to create an account out of desperation. I just got a new Kindle Oasis 3 (32 GB) with the S/N prefix G0011L (well not entirely sure because it reads as G001 1Lxx xxxx xxxx). Anyway it came with firmware 5.13.5 installed but since my S/N prefix matched the tested ones here thought i'd be able to downgrade my firmware to a jailbreakable version and go from there. Unfortunately, none of the versions I tested out using the download link had any luck. Whenever I pulled my Kindle out from the USB (after placing legacy firmware in root directory) I'd get an Error pop up with the Update your kindle option grayed out. Is there anyway around this?
