Paste into LO Writer, fix styles, edit as ODT, final save as also as docx. Convert docx to epub.
Works perfectly. Some sites need images pasted and text pasted as "unformatted text" to avoid stupid hard to remove web styles.
Use pagebreak before and level styles for Chapter headings.
