The procedure is fairly trivial, but the prep is a bear!

You have my sympathies, poohbear_nc, but I'll have a dram or two of Port Charlotte tomorrow in your honour.

(And yeah, while totally not fun, there really isn't another way to do it, and it really IS a good idea. Sigh.)
