Prepping for a colonoscopy. Tomorrow is my "clear fluids only" day with no alcohol allowed!!

So, in my cup tonight, Talisker!

In my cup tomorrow (sigh) Gatorade, lemonade, chicken bouillon, Sprite, club soda, ....


Then (shudder) the final clean-out solution.

There's got to be an easier way to do this.
