Although you can use the term "organic" ("organisch") in Dutch, it means the same. I've hardly ever heard it used in this context. In my mind it refers to a person's or animal's organs. To me "organisch eten" (organic food), just doesn't sound appetizing.
To me "organisch eten" has the same mental image as "biological food" does to you. Although technically correct, it just doesn't sound right.
