I worked at Barnes and Noble when the first Nook came out, but I didn't really pay much attention to it. The commercials for the Nook Simple Touch with Glowlight made me want to go and look at one (I'd stopped working at B&N at that point). I bought it, figuring I'd play with it a bit, but mostly I'd wasted money on a gadget.

Once I started reading on it, I haven't read a paper book.
