Since James Bond -- at least many of the books by Ian Fleming, there are exceptions -- is public domain in many countries including Canada, it's very likely these editions were just raided from Project Gutenberg or else badly OCRed from somebody's personal copies then had new (and very bad, misspelled and mislabeled) covers slapped on then offered for sale. Thanks but no thanks, there are way better versions to be found.
