Never seen that one before. Pinged support, but their only ideas were to retry what I had done, and then to deregister/re-register. Same result.

I suggest the following:

• Double check if you downloaded the correct update for your device.
  
• Check the md5sum, maybe the file got corrupted.
  
• Try another usb cable.
