Thanks for the reply. I did get an order confirmation email and I can understand delays in shipping. But the order not even showing up in their Order Status system after 4 days is a bit irksome (they had no problem charging my credit card instantly upon ordering). I did a chat with them and they say the order is being processed. Hopefully, I'll get a shipping confirmation email sometime soon.
