The Angel of the Crows by Katherine Addison is a Kindle Daily deal in the UK, for 99p - Amazon UK. This is a Victorian urban fantasy from the author of The Goblin Emperor.

Also, Rob J Hayes' The Ties that Bind trilogy appears to be free (as separate volumes but not as an omnibus). These are self-published, but the first book in the follow-up series won the Self-Published Fantasy Blog Off a few years ago, so has a respectable pedigree. The Heresy Within is the first book, here.
