Most of the current Android version do not mount their storage drives as a normal drive in Explorer but instead they use MTP (“Media Transfer Protocol”).
Its more like an FTP connection than a drive.
The solution to this problem depends on something else.
Does KOReader creates sidecar folders (.sdr) with the book's metadata next to the books you've read or it creates .lua files inside a History directory (inside the \SDCard\KOReader\ folder)?
Depending on this, you will have to copy these folders/files to a folder in your computer and point KOHighlights there...
