Support for the Elipsa should be in calibre by the time it is available. I have it on good authority that the bits calibre currently uses has not changed.

For the moment I think it will be a manually activity to retrieve those files from the Elipsa.
The annotations side is a different matter. I have no idea how that works or if there is any point in adding function to calibre for it.
