So Going to the Nvidia No DC thing worked.
Specifically the first link by DNSB, listed as
Go to Nvidia Control Panel > Manage 3d Settings > Restore Threaded Optimization from Custom to Auto solved the problem.
Dunno why it switched since I don't muck with stuff like that, but that's probably general weird computer update stuff.
