No? The Boox Note Air and Remarkable 2 both have B&W 1404x1872 10.3" eInk displays with glass substrates. The Boox Note 3 has a 10.3" 1404x1872 Mobius display and they clearly advertise that on the Note 3 page but don't mention Mobius on the Note Air (because it ain't).
If it was a Mobius display I'd imagine Kobo would advertise that fact too like they do on the Forma.
