Who are you? What self-image do you have? What is the Self and its relation with the personality?Can one change habits, and how?

Grounded in a sound philosophy of life, the
wisdom of the ages, of which Stoicism forms a part, the road to the development of insight into the human condition is clearly laid out. Exercises are given to stimulate observation of one's thoughts. This is the way out of scientific materialism which cannot explain consciousness and the qualities of experience (feelings, headaches, experience of redness, pain, etc.).
Moreover, empathy with others will be sorely needed in the transition period the world finds itself in today. This quality of mind can be developed.
