I prefer vanilla icecream. But neapolitan will do in a pinch (or a scoop).
(Yes, vanilla is one of my favourite spices, how'd you guess? It's also the second most expensive spice, saffron being the most expensive. Mmmm... now I fancy garlic, pepper and saffron risotto...)
