This customer also, according to the user, also had many friends leave unfair low star reviews on the business Facebook page.
So this business owner wrote a long post, explaining the details of the alteration gone wrong, naming the customer, etc. And not that it matters, but wowzers, I've not seen such a poorly written rant in a long time. No grammar, horrible spelling, etc.
So, at the end of her rant, she asks everyone who reads it to go to the review page, and leave her 5 star reviews. Totally missing, I guess, that that is the exact same thing she is so angry about. Fake reviews.
Silly, I know, and makes no difference to me, but it just really got under my skin.

Not that I don't relate, mind you, but I gotta ask--would this be less annoying if it were well-written, or...? LOL.
I do concur that the whole idea of fighting fake bad reviews with fake good reviews is funny--but as someone who also earns her daily bread online, I know all too well just how devasting even ONE lousy fake review can be. Believe it or not--one, just
ONE fake review, in the right place, can nearly destroy an entire, very real business. I know this first-hand and factually.
