I decided to get the Pfizer vaccine. Vaccination is now available to all age groups here and my first shot is scheduled for the next Friday.

We still have pretty high infection rate. There have been several cases in the apartment house where I live. And I regularly use public transport or Bolt, as I have no car. Also I'm in close contact with my nieces and their sons 2-3 times a week. One of my nieces works in a veterinary clinic and the boys go to school. So they all are in daily contact with many other people.

So far I've been lucky. I hope it will stay that way. My sister and her husband have both had Covid twice, last spring and recently in April. They have recovered quite well, ghods be thanked.

My 84-years-old Mom, who lives in a nursing home, has managed to avoid the virus. She had both Pfizer shots in winter.
