Maybe you don't "usually" edit CSS, but I think this deserves it

In LibreOffice Writer you can just set the font to "Junicode:ss02" and presto. See this screenshot. Top row: "Junicode", bottom row: "Junicode:ss02". See https://www.scholarsfonts.net/otsoftware.html. I don't know how that is converted/exported to an ebook format, but you can always edit the CSS.
