Downloading Mtadata

When I attempt to download Metadata for any book that I load into Calibre, I get the message pasted below. This occurs for all releases of Calibre version 5, but not with earlier versions:

calibre, version 5.17.0

Can anyone help me to rectify this? I have done a cursory search through the threads and don't find anyone else who has the same problem.
