I feel the need to be sarcastic for the same reasons you feel the need to publicly feign interest in my well-being. But to answer your question: I'm feeling quite well, thank you. The sun is shining, the birds are singing and this has all the makings of a beautiful day. None of which has any bearing on whether or not I will choose to employ sarcasm during it.
