Cross platform usb. Could technically link their tablet to a windows user on here and we could flash it lol. Theoretically it should pass through the usb device to windows as if plugged in. But I bet you need to open the ports they talk about which is generally not a good idea.

At least their are options. Maybe they have a friend who can help them this way.
