Thanks, but I think I need to clarify my point a bit.

Say, we have a TOC structured like this:

chapter 1

section 1

point 1
point 2

section 2

point 1
point 2

chapter 2

section 2

Is it possible to only show the level 2 TOC, like this, with some button or shortcut:

chapter 1

section 1
section 2

chapter 2

section 1
section 2
