Some years ago i used
FX File Explorer for this, it has a webserver feature implemented nicely, along with Bluetooth (OBEX) transfer options that might also help in some situations.
Another option is the
WiFi/WLAN-Plugin für Totalcmd, which i just tried for the first time and which seems to be excellent.
