On the mobile layout, I found it this way. All options are at the bottom of the page except the sneaky one at the end: All about Rakuten Kobo>Get Help>Contact Us>pick an issue>Contact Us>Chat with Us (But the page loaded on their social media info block. I had to scroll back up to reveal the “Chat with Us” option!!)
I fired up a chat for fun to let them know I didn’t like how deeply the chat was located. I got this reply:
❝We're really sorry for the inconvenience, we try to answer most of your questions on our site with ought you needing to chat with us but we do make it visible in case you need it.
There ya go! 🤷🏻*♂️
