It amazes me how many people apparently never learned that when there is no sidewalk, you are supposed to walk facing traffic. I have seen a woman pushing a baby in a stroller while talking on her phone with her back to traffic.

Walking facing traffic is especially important now that there are so many electric cars on the road as they make little to no noise to alert pedestrians they are coming.
