[Deazo]

Hi everyone,
I own an Onyx Boox Note 3. All was well until the recent firwmware.
Now after updating the device to the latest firmware, the erasing does not work properly.
Basically anything that I write on a note can be erased EXCEPT anything that overlaps with the lines of the template below.
I hope you understand what I mean, the ink that overlap any line belonging to the template cannot be erased.
The only way to do this is to refresh the note, which is not an acceptable solution.
Anyone has the same problem?
Also anyone has a solution?
