Last time I used the chat was last November when I needed to revert a purchase since the EPUB would not open in ADE 2.0. They seem to have changed something in the mechanism of the ACSM interaction with the Adobe server. So I stopped buying from them altogether. Now they seem to have moved even further away from their customers....
