You have never cooked any foods from Asian, African, Middle Eastern, Indian, Latin, and Caribbean cuisines?
Jamaican curried goat stew is excellent though I go light on the Scotch Bonnet peppers. There are Mexican goat tacos which I had on a trip to Mexico and were delicious. The one time I had goat shawarma at a local restaurant, I wasn't that impressed since they used meat from an old goat instead of a kid.
Perhaps a consequence of living in a city where ethnic restaurants are very popular in normal times.
