- Stock apps can be disabled, not removed because they are System Apps (still no root method)
- You can change the default apps (browser, dialer...) by going to: Settings -> App and permission management -> Default Apps settings
- If you don't want to use their app for the weather, you can add other widgets and use third party app/widget
