It couldn't taste much worse that it sounds. Unless you are serving a side of raw sewage. Sorry but cooking is one of my hobbies so I tend to think more about just what is in those fast foods. The last few years has seen improvements in the loss of unpronounceable ingredients but, yuck, mechanically separated... My daughter wouldn't touch hotdogs with mechanically separated "meat" when she was 6 years old. Then there was the "pink slime" story.
